Yes I think padded cups are a great option. You can still wear a bra but I think they hug the dress a bit more and give you more curves.

@ineebee: Personally, I like sewn in cups because they stay in place and you're not having to worry about the dress slipping below the bra or anything.

If at all possible, I'd have the dress altered somewhere other than David's Bridal. Maybe it was my store, but the person who altered my dress did an awful job. My bustle broke as soon as I sat down and I had to carry my train all night, and for the price I paid for alterations that shouldn't have happened.

@ineebee: does it happen to be this one? I'm a bridesmaid in a wedding in May and this is the dress. I'm grumbling about it being strapless for the opposite reason (giant boobs). Why do brides always pick strapless!

@ineebee: that's adorable! Cotton sateen is a great fabric too.. So it's not your run of the mill satin BM dress! I vote for padded cups sewn into the dress. I am not sure a sweetheart neckline will look good with the pleating of the top. The padded cups should work great for you, and then you don't have to worry about a bra! Used to do it all the time with BM dresses when I worked at Alfred Angelo!

I agree that pads can definitely do the trick. I have small front too but I look good with strapless with the help of pads. You can also wear a great hairstyle to divert the attention of people from your dress to your hair. Lol!
