I want a maple bar or plain cake donut!

Mmmm.... donuts.
I generally go for a cake donut (any kind!) or an old fashioned... which is just an ugly cake donut
And I must have cold milk and a cup of coffee. Yum.

I've been craving a regular ol' glazed donut for days or just a big warm chocolate chip cookie with a glass of milk. DH promised me we could get either one after our midwife appointment today. I'm trying not to eat everything I crave these last few weeks...because then I could eat everything in sight.

I love the powdered sugar chocolate filled ones from Dunkin. Haven't had one in years! I usually get the chocolate cake one.

Ugh, there was a HUGE thing of donuts in the break room when I got to work today...I took half (I was trying to be good because I knew I was eating donut--whether it was whole donut or half donut...it was happening) of a white frosted sprinkle donut...it was fabulous.

I like the chocolate glazed or jelly-filled. My friend and I are going to Doughnut Plant on Sunday. They're so good - and so many unique flavors!

@mrskc: They are yeast free, I believe, and the texture is more like cake than a chewy/bread-y texture. I am obsessed with them.
DH's fav donut is pretty good too - Maple bacon bars. They are long square donuts with maple icing and crumbled bacon on top of the icing. Sounds disgusting, tastes amazing!

now I want a donut too. My Whole Foods sells these vegan donuts that are SO good, and I don't feel that queasy sugar stomach after I eat them either. Although I generally won't turn down an apple fritter, no matter how sick I know I will feel. MMMM donuts.
@grizz: maple bacon donut is like...god's gift. There is a place in san francisco that makes these amazing maple apple bacon donuts, and I have driven the 45 minutes it takes just to get one before.

Chocolate glazed cake donut! Unfortunately most donut shops don't have a gluten-free donut. Udi's makes gluten free frozen donuts but I've never tried one...I'm sure they just wouldn't be the same...

I love plain donuts. Donuts were the only cravings I had during my pregnancy. I'm normally a savory eater, not into sweets. My DH had to do some donuts runs for me. lol

I was never a dessert person, until I got pregnant. Perhaps what they say about girls is true, because *all* I want lately are sweets, treats, and more of each.
Surprisingly, I've always had a soft spot for donuts. My absolute favorite is a white glaze with rainbow sprinkles. I also love apple fritters, old fashioned glazed, and maple bars.

Glazed or chocolate covered or chocolate covered with sprinkles. Preferably the latter. I miss Krispy Kreme. There isn't one near our new house

I have been wanting donuts forever...but there's not a donut shop in my town! There's a Walmart, and they have donuts, but they're not good. I might purposely go a town over soon just for the purpose of getting a donut!
