I don't know why the world of baby sleep is so confusing to me, but we're having issues again. LO was in a good sleep routine of waking up around 8 am, and going to sleep around 8-8:30 every night with no problems. About 2 weeks ago, that totally fell apart. She refuses to go to bed at that time now. It seems to be getting later every night. Its usually around 9:30 or 10 now. Not horrible I know, but later than we would like. She seems completely content, happy, and calm and isn't fussy at all when she's up this late. Sometimes we can get her to sleep before, but then as soon as we lay her down she's wide awake smiling and looking around. How do I get her to return to her earlier bedtime? I've tried to think of anything we've done differently to bring on the change, and I can't think of anything. LO is 12 weeks old if that helps....
