I've been a huge fan of Joe Fresh lately. Anytime I wear a top from there, i get a compliment. And it doesnt hurt that it is cheap!
Ann Taylor also has a lot of cute nautical themed tops right now.

I recently discovered boohoo.com and I am obsessed! It's all cheap (SUPER cheap!), it was shipped from the UK to Canada in only a week, shipping was free, and everything I received was super cute and fit perfectly.

@PermaStudent: That's my #1 when purchasing online! I was shocked at how fast it came.. and I only had to spend $35 to get free shipping. I got two maxi dresses and three tops for just over $100 (cdn) and so far everything has fit like a glove! I would say quality wise it's a little nicer than somewhere like Dynamite
