Ugh I finally stepped on the scale today after being too afraid to for so long. I'm glad I did - seeing those awful numbers flash before my eyes really hit home. It's been 13 months since I've had lo and I'm still about 13 lbs from pre-preg and 23 lbs from my ideal weight. Ugh ugh ugh. I feel frumpy, fat and icky, not to mention just flabby and totally out of shape I used to be a size 4
I know I need to practice healthier eating habits, exercise portion control, and exercise but I'm just so tired and exhausted from keeping up with my toddler and worrying about her eating that I get swept to the wayside I need motivation and inspiration please. Bees that finally got rid of that stubborn weight- how'd you do it?? I need encouragement and tips
