I just signed my husband and I up for a 5k race in August. We are doing the Disney run so hopefully it will be fun. We are not runners and we are far from in shape. They said that you have to keep a 16 minute mile pace, which I can walk a 16 minute mile so I am hoping I can work hard for the next 7 months and learn how to run. I hope I am not out of my mind crazy! Is anyone else a runner? D you have any advice for a new runner?
