This year DH and I want to go all out and spoil our employees for Christmas! Previous years we've spent around $50 on each of them, this year we want to spend more like $300 each. We want to really surprise them with awesome gifts!

We have 4 employees. They're all male and on the geeky side (they're developers). We've already decided we're going to get one a flat screen TV (because he told us a couple of weeks ago he wanted one) but we're not sure what to get the rest of them.

What are some ideas of things we could get them? What kind of gift in the $300 range would you like to get from your employer?
