DH and I are usually big meat eaters, and like DH says, meat should be the focus of each meal. All was good, we had about 10 meals on rotation that were quick and easy to make. However over the last week I've noticed my interest in all kinds of meat is fading and I'm finding it harder to stomach. I just took some chicken out to thaw for tonight and just the sight of it was not good.

So, I'm wondering what kinds of things I can cook in order to get the same nutrients and protein as I used to?
