Anyway, I think it might be good to make a list of all the IF abbreviations that you've seen or used.

HCG: human Chorionic Gonadotropin AKA trigger shot to induce ovulation
DOR: Diminished Ovarian Reserve
SIS: Saline Infused Sonogram
ISCI: Intra-cytoplasmic sperm injection
ART: Assisted Reproductive Technology
ER: Egg Retrieval
ET: Embryo Transfer
FET: Frozen Embryo Transfer
FMU: First Morning Urine
PCOS: Poly cystic ovarian syndrome
FSH: Follicle Stimulating Hormone
AMH: Anti-Mullerian hormone
SA: Sperm Analysis
SMEP: sperm meets egg plan
PIO: progesterone in oil

WTF appt: It's the appointment where you ask your doctor why the hell all the drugs, perfect timing, IUI, IVF, you name it!, hasn't worked!
CD: cycle day (CD1 is the first day of your period)
MFI: male factor infertility
RE: reproductive endocrinologist
PITA: Pain in the ass
_dp_dt: _ days past _ day transfer (i.e. 3dp5dt is 3 days past a 5 day embryo transfer)
AFC: antral follicle count (the # of follicles at your baseline u/s)
PV: per vagina
