If you can only eat one same food (not a dish, just ONE ingredient) for the rest of your life, don't worry about nutritional values. What will you choose?

@BabyMats: @mrbee: hmmmm eggs is a good idea. Originally I was thinking bananas for me. I didn't even like bananas but I thought I'd be able to tolerate it if i need to eat it every day. but eggs maybe a better option haha
@loveisstrange: Good point!!!

@Bookish: @Greentea: @redsmarties: @rahlyrah: Bread technically doesn't count? Cheese maybe OK but I have no idea how cheese is made. haha. I am not sure. Just a question I got from a friend
@Cherrybee: Hummus is definitely a stretch -- it is a dish! haha - it has beans, olive oil, and all the goodness. Pick one

Hmmm.... that's hard if you are literally counting ingredients.
I guess eggs since you can eat them so many different ways,

@Bookish: hahahaha sorry ! I was just imagining what my friend would say Actually Bread, Cheese, Pasta should be counted as "single ingredients" in my book. haha

First instinct was cheese, but if that's too many ingredients (definitely has salt in it, and probably other weird stuff) then I choose mangoes. Or avocados... hmm, that's a tough one!

Gravy....mmmmm oh crap that has several ingredients.
I'll go with rice.

Saaaad. No bread. So...eggs then? Or cheese, if that's an option.

@swurlygurl: definitely avocados! They are good in some many things!

@runnerd: but you'd have to just eat them plain in this scenario! You can't be making up guac!
I guess I pick eggs. This is a hard question and makes me cringe just thinking about only having one food for the rest of my life!

@delight: haha that's true, but I already do that all the time. Well I add salt and pepper but I could eat it non-stop plain too
