Does your kiddo hog the whole bed? Kiddo crawled into my bed (after she realized her mom had left) at 4 am and yelled at me to move over. She had my entire queen bed while I was left barely hanging on the edge

Pretty much! We don't usually cobed unless she is having a bad night. The othe night she fell asleep nursing in the middle of the bed, so I scooted back to have a little more space. She kept following me in her sleep until I was at the very edge and there was a huge space in the middle between her and Dh, but I didn't want to move there because then she would be too close to the edge. How does a 16 pound 7 month old take over a king size bed?

We are pretty sure he purposely sleeps horizontally in the bed on purpose. Most of the time I'm sleeping in less than a foot of space, even though we have a king bed

My husband has been away, so she has taken over 80 percent of the bed. When here's here, she takes up about 70 percent!

@looch- Lucky! I try but always fail. Nap time is slightly better because I make the corner of my bed really cozy.
@foodnerd81- that's exactly what happen to us! It is like she has to be touching me to sleep.
@junebugmama- I might have to try that out of desperation!

LO tries to, but when he does, I move him into a position that's comfortable for me.

LO does sometimes when he's just not having sleeping in his PnP. He's just 13 days old but he leaves DH and I both on the edge. Lol

DS always rolls towards me and pushes me to the edge of the bed even though the other side is completely open. If I get out of bed, walk to the other side, and lay down, he'll roll towards me that way. Ugh!!

Aw! No, she doesn't bed hog. Both of my girls have always liked snuggling all night. Ellie usually sleeps in her own bed all night, but occasionally she'll ask for a "sleepover" and sleep with Lorelei and me, or with dad, all night. Both girls are like heat-seeking missles, though. They will totally find you and latch onto you. I like it, but Mr. T gets over-heated sometimes with all that touching.

Yes - I'm on the edge of a king size bed! DS always moved toward me and not DH. I move him over and he moves back. I feel little knees in my back. But I have to say, I savor those moments. I know one day he will be a big boy and this will just be a memory. I love the snuggles.

@mamaswig- I totally agree. I'm not going to co-sleep with my own kids, but now I can see why so many parents do it. Yesterday she woke me up by kissing my face. It was so sweet.
