DD is 4 months and I just started reading the Healthy Sleep Habbits book.
I didn't mean to co-sleep, she just sleeps longer in my bed which means I can sleep longer. We have an unfortunate pattern where she sleeps in my arms, and it must stop. She isn't getting enough sleep because when I have to go to the bathroom or answer the door or something she wakes up... and I'm not getting anything done during nap times because I'm under a baby.
The big question is, if your baby sleeps in your bed/room do you go to bed at the same time or after? How do you go to bed after? Just be really quiet? I don't know what I'm doing... Help!
