@IRunForFun: my DH discovered it the other day and I surprisingly loved it (we tend to disagree on all girl names!) Do you know how they pronounce it?? There are two different pronunciations and I can't decide what one I like better!

@loki: It's an interesting question. For me, how names sound together (for any sib set) is important. For example, our top two boy names are Owen and Eammon, but I wouldn't give those names to two brothers because it sounds too matchy/cutesy to my ears.

@septca: i do think about how names sound together. but i don't think i'd give up my #1 girl name and go with a couple i didn't like as much just because they sounded a bit better, ya know? but i think most of the names i like sound really good together because they're all very classic and they're not really matchy matchy... so maybe it's just not a consideration! interesting!

@Leialou: I love the Sam and William combo! These are our top boys names also.
@loki: I chose the same names in my G/b combo as I did for a g/g and a b/b. Our boy names are fairly set in stone because DH has a family name we would like to pass down. I suppose the girls names have some flexibility, but it has taken so long to find just a few names we both like, that we'd have to use them.

Also, I hear you on the siblings. It is hard to know what to do. I love Ingrid, but I'm not sure how I like Imogen and Ingrid. They do kinda go, but I don't know if they are too similar.
