Buitoni refrigerated pasta + a jar of pasta sauce is my go-to lazy meal. We also have frozen pizza once a week, DH makes breakfast for dinner once a week, and our 'fancy' meal is either enchiladas or tacos with homemade tortillas. There are a few other things we throw in there, but those are are go-tos.

Grilled cheese! Tank some thing out of freezer like chili and make chili cheese fries or frito pie

Nachos!
Either boil chicken and cover it with BBQ sause and put on chips with cheese and whatever else, or brown ground beef and season with taco seasoning and throw it on some chips!
Another is any kind of easy chicken. Chicken in the oven with BBQ sauce, or lemon pepper seasoning sprinkled on. 2 minutes of prep work and a 45 minute wait while it's in the oven!

@autumnlove: Not me. I probably have 4 things I cook where I use a recipe and get fancy. For the most part I just throw some crap together and hope it works!

Everything is lazy meal for me since it's done in 20 minutes, consists of rice, a meat and a veggie.
-Baked fish (maple glazed salmon is my favorite) and steamed veggies.
-Steak, throw it in some marinade in the morning, pan fry in the evening with some steamed veggies.
-Stir fry anything. Chicken and peppers in bbq sauce. Beef and tomato. Beef and string bean with black bean sauce. Chicken and napa in sweet chili sauce. Chicken and cauliflower in curry.
And I guess frozen dumplings on REALLY lazy days.

Whatchoogot pasta: whatever veggies we have in the freezer sauteed, add jarred sauce and whatever meat we have in the fridge over whatever pasta (or rice) we have in the cupboard.
Homemade pizza: frozen dough, same jarred sauce as above, whatever veggiess, meat etc we have.
Breakfast for dinner is always a bonus.

Taco salad (chips, rice, chili or leftover black bean soup, lettuce, tomatoes, onions, guacamole, cheese, salsa and DH puts sour cream) is a quick and delicious meal.
We'll also throw together minestrone soup really fast (sauted onion, canned kidney beans/chickpeas/green beans/butter beans, canned tomato sauce, frozen spinach, and seasonings and simmer for 20 minutes before adding cooked pasta - done).
Stir-fry is also fast and easy- saute whatever veggies you have on hand, maybe some tofu and serve on top of rice/quinoa/couscous.

My favorite lazy dinner is a jar of pasta sauce with some kind of frozen pasta from Costco like ravioli or tortellini. I also love a can of soup and a grilled cheese during the winter.
Another fav if I'm running late from work - DH will make French dip sandwiches. Just need roast beef, buns, a sauteed onion (optional) and a can of beef broth. I slather mine up with horseradish, and DH throws a slice of provolone on his. We eat them with frozen sweet potato fries that bake in like 12 minutes.
Annnnnd now I'm hungry

Soup + grilled cheese
Brinner (usually just eggs, bacon and toast, and sometimes the eggs are omelets)
Spaghetti and meatballs (I spend about one Saturday every two or so months making lots of meatballs and pasta sauce to bag and freeze),
Poached eggs in tomato sauce over thickly-cut bread or fried polenta (if I have it made)
Fried corn and rice cakes (using canned or frozen corn and leftover rice) with a chunky black bean salsa (2 cans of black beans + a can of enchilada sauce + hot sauce + garlic + 1 can of diced tomatoes, simmered on the stove for a few minutes)
Quesadillas

Last night I made salsa chicken in the crock pot. Easiest meal ever. Throw 2 chicken breasts into a crockpot, 1 tsp of cumin, 12 oz salsa, can of drained black beans, set on low for 6 hours. I threw in some frozen corn at the end. So good and no veggie chopping!
I also like pasta with garlic sautéed in olive oil and hot pepper flakes.

I love lazy meals and need more ideas, so I'm glad I saw this one. I think lazy meals are sometimes more satisfying than ones that take awhile to make.
I made taco meat with ground beef and seasoning the other night. I did something I saw on some blog that made it extra delicious--put a whole can of pinto beans, undrained, in the mix. It thickened it up and was extra filling.
I also made a basic honey mustard mixture for chicken I cut up and cooked in the skillet the other night. What made it really tasty was just a bit of Worcestershire sauce in the honey mustard mix.
