Mmmmm bacon! We put a piece of aluminum foil on a baking sheet, cover it with a piece of parchment paper, put the bacon down in a row, and cover the bacon with another piece of parchment paper. It usually makes the bacon crispy and flat. Yum!

I love cooking with chopsticks too. Just flipped some ham steak this morning with chopsticks. I usually do bacon in the oven though.

Ha, my husband uses chopsticks all the time for cooking. I cook bacon in the oven, so that isn't an issue for me

I never knew that people do that. I'm chopstick-inept, so if I tried that, I'm pretty sure all my food would be burnt!

Tongs! Never occurred to me to use chopsticks...perhaps that's cause I'm hopeless with them.

Genius! I never thought to use chopsticks to do anything but eat with....the more you know.

Fingers! I have a bad habit of flipping griddle things (French toast, pancakes, breakfast meat) with my fingers. I wash my hands often when I cook... and I'm not a professional either.

But actually I hate making bacon and hardly do it so I'm not sure my vote should count for much.
