If your baby isn't nursing every 3-4 hours your period will more than likely come back, as ovulation will start again if not on that schedule.

14 months and still no AF for me, however, no real sleep either.

I EBF around the clock and my period was back 3 weeks PP. It has been regular since then.

My LO STTN from 2mos to 4mos, no AF. We hit the 4mos sleep regression and hit some road bumps for a few months and then sleep trained after she turned 7 mos. she has been STTN for 3 weeks now, and no AF, but I'm hopeful that she shows up soon! I am 8 mos PP.

i'm not sure how much of a correlation there is between EBF and AF. i feel like there are a lot of people who had babies STTN at an early age but AF did not return for several months--so there is hope!

LO sstn from 2-4 months and I started to spot @ 4 months. I don't know yet if that was a period. That was 4 weeks ago today.

Not until C weaned. I always pumped in the middle of the night to keep up my milk supply regardless of if C STTN so that may have been why.

I had no break from AF, she returned about 5 weeks PP.

AF returned at around 8 weeks PP, my LO was def not STTN and was eating every 1.5-2 hours all day! No clue how that happened!

DD is 15 weeks and has been on and off STTN since she was really tiny (like, 2 weeks). No sign of AF.

I EBF and my LO was STTN 6+ hours by six weeks. I breastfed/pumped for her 5-7 times a day. AF didn't come back until 9 months pp.

EBF and got AF back at 6mo. No idea why. She was STTN from 3-4.5 mo and then had a little regression that's almost over (only waking up at 5am or so to eat and then back to sleep). I did do an 11pm pump throughout the time she was STTN.
