Do you take a shower right away? I am so lazy and I just wiped it down with a wet washcloth!

Hasn't happened yet, but I think it would depend on whether or not DH is home. DS is still a really clingy baby, so I always wait to shower until DH is home. If he was home I'd hand off DS and shower right away. If he wasn't I'd just wipe it down with a wet washcloth or diaper wipe, haha.
(Unless DS was sick and wanted Mama cuddles. That overrides everything else.)

Oh goodness I would have been taking 10 showers a day!
I was blessed with a "happy spitter." He puked multiple times a day. I just expected it. I can't even remember now when it started and stopped. But one day it just stopped!
I actually cut my hair short (it was falling out like mad) and avoided wearing black clothes that would show the barf.

@glimmersnaps: I've got a happy spitter too. Sometimes we don't even know he's spit up! So, no I just wipe it off. I keep my hair pulled back because its always in the danger zone. But, unless its a lot I don't even change my shirt right away.
