If you got pregnant before your first post partum period, how did you know you were pregnant?

C is 16 months and still breastfeeding 3 times a day, and still no period- no complaints about that! We have been careful but I'm not on bcp. I wonder how you know to test?

(To clarify, I am sure I am not pregnant!)
