I have 2 boys one born in late may and one born in late sept -- they're just 16 months apart, so I kept all of LO#1's clothing.

I thought I'd have to buy a lot of new stuff, but surprisingly it just kind of worked out! I think I ended up getting *some* stuff to supplement, but most of the stuff was workable! Not sure if they just grew at different rates, or what, but ah well! layering helped, too

If we have another boy, I hope to be able to reuse a lot of DS's clothes, even though the seasons are slightly off (late summer vs early fall). If we have a girl... I will be doing some serious shopping!

It depends on if #2 is a boy or a girl. LO was born in May and #2 is due in September, so all of the newborn clothes will work but we'll have to supplement for winter (assuming #2 is a girl). Maybe luckily, LO kind of stopped growing from 6-12 months, so we should be able to reuse quite a bit.

If #2 is a boy, I'll be shopping

I only have one so far, but I'm saving all her clothes for now. I feel like so many of her clothes now are seasonless-- onesies and leggings, mostly. We have some outfits that are short sleeves that she hardly wore in the winter, but the base for most outfits is the same so I figure a lot of it will still work. I guess we will see how that pans out though.

Also, C is still fitting into many 3-6 outfits at 9 months old, so I feel like we are getting our money's worth. Who knows how the next one will grow?

There was some over lap, but I feel bad about DD2 having to wear hand me downs so I buy her new things.
