charlie was still in diapers when olive was born. he was 22 months old. we potty trained him closer to 2 1/2. at that point he wasn't going through too many diapers. it honestly wasn't that bad. plus he was super easy to potty train. in a way it's easier to keep them in diapers because in the early weeks of potty training you're kinda scared to go out because of accidents!
but it honestly was so easy to have 2 in diapers i don't even register it as being a challenge.

My two LO's are 26-months and 2 weeks old. I feel like DS is having poopy diapers after every feeding, and I feed him every 2 hours sooo... about 10-12 diapers/day!
With DD we don't need to change her diaper as often (maybe 5-6x a day)... so in total we're still changing less than 20 diapers a day.

I never have a moment to count them all. I would say the toddler 5-7 depending on the day and the infant about 12 times a day

Have twins and we use about 20 a day! More when they were sick with a gi bug and were busting out of their diapers....

I have 2 1/2 year old twins and a 4 month old all in diapers. I would say somewhere around 20 diapers a day. I'm just so used to it that it barely registers. I'm waiting for summer to potty train my twins. At this point getting out of the house is hard enough by myself I can't even begin to imagine trying to drag everyone into a public restroom with me. If someone needs a diaper change while we are out I will usually do it in my minivan.

Our first was pretty potty trained when #2 came home, but she did have a big potty regression when she realized she wasn't the baby. It was hard to address because we were so busy. So there was a short period of time where I was changing diapers for 2. Like others have said, there was no time to count them! We're just happy that phase is done!
