Ours has either 2 or 3 people - usually 3 hours for 2 people or 2 hours for 3 people. House is about. 1800 square feet and they dust everything, clean the kitchen, 2.5 bathrooms, vacuum, and change our sheets. They take out trash but our recycling is tricky so we don't have them do that. No cleaning inside fridge or cabinets, although they do clean inside the toaster and microwave.

Mine are there for about 2 hours, there are 2-3 of them, and they clean 2,000 square feet (minus two spare bedrooms) and every time they come, there is a different area on rotation for a deep clean.

But shit gets CLEAN

Our cleaning person cleans both floors (3200 sq feet., basement is fully finished) which includes 3BR, 2 full baths, 2 half baths, dusts, vacuums, mops kitchen, bathrooms and laundry room, fully cleans kitchen and bathrooms. Sometimes she also cleans the windows and lightly mops the hardwood floors. She is here 4-5 hours.

3-4 hours she clean roughly 3,000 including toilets, sinks mopping, wiping counters, vacuuming, etc.

About two hours DH says. 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths. They take out ALL trash, baths and kitchen, and even the recycling. We have had a deep clean before, included cleaning out fridge and oven and that took 3 hours.

We had 2 women do a move-out clean in our 1200 sq. foot apartment - meaning the place had to be completely immaculate, disinfected, dusted and everything so we could get our deposit back - and they did it all in 3 hours. So, I think your crew sucks.

takes about 2 hours with 2 people and we have a small house, but they do everything and every room. priorities are kitchen and bathroom. and they absolutely take out the trash. but they also stay until the job is done.
