My brother had a nanny when I was in elementary school. If I stsyed home out of school the nanny would take care of me.

My mom (who is watching my DD) watches both kids. I'll come home early to help her out. Sick days are usually filled with lots of TV time because we want him to rest up. Otherwise he likes to run around and play.

I am the nanny not the parent but I take care of sick kiddos if I am normally working during that time.
