We still haven't decided on a name for DS.
I really like my lo's name.. Not sure if we can find a boy name that we like as much!

I only have one child, but I love our backup names (for another boy or girl) just as much as DS's! I'm glad we had a boy first because we had 2 good boy names & 1 good girl's name. So no matter what gender 2nd LO is we've got names!

I love DD's name. DH picked both our kids' names but I like more girls' names than boys' names anyway, so that might be it.

I love my LO's name and I don't think we can think of a good name for baby 2.

@Mrs. Pen: well I wouldn't have agreed to anything too outlandish (DH likes to joke our next one will be named something silly like PopShbaz *roll eyes*) and we did agree to give him my middle name, so that helped

I love our DD's name and hope we can come up with one we like equally as much if we have a baby #2

@cyndistar3: Same here, it would be hard for us to come up with an equally lovable name for a 3rd girl. we do have the perfect boy name just waiting to be used though...

but between both girls, our eldest was named after a character in a book/movie that is sentimental to DH and I... so we love that name a lot and it was really easy for us to agree on. for our youngest, I came up with the name because I've always liked it... I love it too though because it's not too common, not hard to spell or pronounce, and it's girlie without being too off-the-wall.

So I have to say I like both names equally, but just for different reasons.

I don't have kids but I like my boy cats name better. His name is Dexter and the girl cat is Minny. My husband named them both.
