...please tell me what you do! I haven't worked out in over a year, and even when I did I was only doing cardio (jogging, Zumba, or step). I want to learn how to incorporate weights, but I have no idea where to start! Do you alternate cardio and lifting days? How often do you work one specific body part when lifting (e.g. do you only do legs once a week?)?

I'm so lost!
