I texted early the next morning to warn and apologize about the exposure, and she said it is what it is... but I feel bad. Should I drop off a care package?

Note: It was accidental because DD1 didn't have any symptoms until 8 hours after after they played together (but DD2 had thrown up earlier that day and had been quarantined).
