Both of my girls have eczema and it really flares up in the cooler months. They don't get a bath every night so they don't get lotion every night. I'm thinking I should apply it at least daily but maybe even twice a day...
If your LO has eczema how often do you apply lotions or creams?

Both my girls suffer from eczema, I apply lotion 2x a day. My oldest gets a bath every night but my baby does not. I still make a point to apply lotion before PJs and before clothes every day. It helps tremendous. And also, we just switched a new lotion that was recommended to us by a peds dermatologist: Vanicream....seriously this stuff is incredible. I've never seen my girls skin so soft after just a few days of use!

We apply ointment (stronger than lotion or cream) twice a day - morning and right before bed. And they only get baths 2-3 times a week.

LO only has a touch of it, but it flares up in the winter. We use Cetaphil moisturizing cream daily in the winter and after baths in the summer.

We do twice a day with flair ups and once a day if it's not completely crazy. We will crazy lather him up at night before bed. Lo only gets baths 2x a week.
