Did your LO come up with a grandparent name? Vi calls my mom Nana, but she just recently started calling my Dad "Bat Bat." I think it's adorable.
What names did your LO come up with?

My LO calls one of her grandmas by her first name. No one taught her that!!!! But it's so funny, she picked it upon her own.
And she calls one of her aunties "neenee."

Yes, my niece couldn't decide between "Nana" and "Mimi" and combined it to make "Nini". Haha.
Also, my grandmother was "Bom" because my oldest sister heard my mom calling her Mom and came up with that. Now what was really confusing was my grandfather on my dad's side was "Bompa" so when I was little, it was SO confusing because I automatically put Bom and Bompa together, haha.

Yes. DS calls grandpas "basha" no idea how he came up with that. He's like Joey on Friends speaking French.
I say "grand"
He says "grand"
I say "pa"
He says "pa"
We Put it together and he's says "basha"

My nieces made up names for my mom. One started calling her lo-da-lo. No idea where that came from. And another started calling her Meema. My mom loves it.

She calls them Nana and papa. I don't know where she got it from. Because it wasn't what we called them not what the other grandkids call them.
She calls me mom "yeen ma" which I taught her. It's maternal grandmother in my dialect.

The korean words for grandpa and grandma are hal-ah-buh-jee and hal-muh-nee. LMW calls them ha-buh-jee and ha-mee, but once she called my dad buh-jee. haha!

She calls both "mama" I don't' think she can say her Gs for grandma. I think it's cute, since her granpas are papa.

DH's oldest cousin started calling his grandma "mam-maah" and it caught on - she was mamaah to every grandchild thereafter!

LO calls my dad "Pop Pop." He got it from his cousin who also calls him that. The "Pop Pop" thing started with my nephews when they couldn't say "grandpa." So, it just stuck and LO's now using it.

Bat Bat is so cute
My cousins made up my mom's. Her name is Jeanne (pronounced Jean) but the twins called her Nene because they couldn't really say Jeanne. So now Nene is her grandma name! Not that E can say it yet!
