Toss it? Scoop up and put back in the bag? Have your LO eat them off the floor? Haha

I wouldn't have a chance to do anything, the dogs would be all over that mess!

Combination of scoop and save and have to dog clean up whatever is left.

@Smurfette: this!
I'd probably try to decide which ones were the cleanest (top layer?) and keep those. Lets be real, I'd keep the vast majority.

@rahlyrah: same! I love not ever having to clean up any spilled food

LO would probably eat a few as I picked them up lol. But what I did scoop up I would toss.

I's let him stay and eat whatever he wanted but then he'd get bored and leave, so then i'd scoop it up and toss it. Then i'd mop because that stuff has sugar powder on it

if she goes for them - she can eat them. if she doesn't, garbage!
@lemondrop: i wish i had a dog everytime the dining room floor gets messy!

this reminds me of something... the day we spilled an entire container of puffs.

My LO just did this with a big bag of shredded cheese. Luckily it was a high pile so I scooped up the top half that wasn't really on the floor and threw out the rest. Our floors are dirty.

If it was a high pile I'd probably take the stuff off the top and keep it, but throw away the rest.

Oh yuck. I have a hair on food phobia so I would not be able to scoop it up. And my cats don't really like cheerios. Wasted bag!

I'd probably scoop and save most of it if our floors were pretty clean (which they usually are).
GOLD / cantaloupe / 6703 posts
I'd save most of it, put it in a baggie for her to nosh on when she wanted them.
GOLD / pomelo / 5737 posts
I'd let her eat what she wanted off the floor (tsk tsk!) and then toss the rest.
bananas / 9227 posts
It depends where. If it's upstairs, she can eat it and I'll toss the rest. If it's in the kitchen or laundry room, she can't touch it!
pomegranate / 3729 posts
@lemondrop: hahahahahaha.
I would probably pick them up and let her eat them. I am not too worried about germs. If we were in public, then they would go in the trash, but whatever germs are in our house she has already been exposed to!

@IcebergMom: LMFAO!!!! The expression on your LO is absolutely hysterical, priceless, and an oh so innocent! What mom??? I didn't do that!!! or ooooo. Mommy.... Look what you did!
@Smurfette: Ditto!

If my dog wouldn't eat it (or all of it) I would clean it up and throw them away.

I'd toss it... our floors are filthy all the time from the salt/sand/winter...
nectarine / 2771 posts
Let's just say our dog would super happy. I'd try to save some for me and DH to eat.
GOLD / papaya / 10166 posts
Our dog isn't allowed in the kitchen, but I still never know how dirty the floor is. I'd probably toss it.
GOLD / wonderful coffee bean / 18478 posts
The kids would probably eat some while I cleaned up and tossed.

My dog would be happy to clean up the floor for me. In fact DS eats a few and tosses a few to the dog every morning.....So much for the grain free, expensive food I buy for dogs special diet....:/
