the first time, was she there again the second time?
My mom was there overnight through my worst contractions and part of pushing DS1, but this time will be watching DS1 while we are at the hosptital and will come to the hospital after DS2's arrival.

My mom was for number one, but then took care of her when we had baby sister.

same. she was there for dd1's birth, but took care of dd1 while we were at the hospital for dd2.

Both my mom and MIL were there for the birth the first time. This time, MIL has expressed a strong desire not to be there because she said watching it once was enough, so she'll be watching LO and my mom will be in the room again.

My mom was at the hospital both times but not in the OR with me. We had my cousin come watch the boys when My youngest was born because my mom wanted to be there.

I have a feeling she'd be watching #1 when I have #2 in the future. She said she didn't want to be there watching for DD but she ended up staying haha!

Both times. She left when it was time to push with DS1 and had to leave when they decided to do a Csection with DS2. Im so glad she was there I needed her encouragement . ILs watched DS1.

She was there for the whole thing for #1 but she watched DS while I had DD. Plus I had DD at 2 am
