I am on a strict low carb diet to control my GD. No bread, no rice, no pasta, no fruit, no breakfast cereal, no bran, nothing with added sugar - I basically live off meat, cheese and vegetables.
I'm recovering from a tummy bug. I still feel a little queasy and my stomach is very tender, sore even.
Yesterday, I couldn't face food. I ate a piece of toast yesterday afternoon, which I totally shouldn't have (sent my blood sugar through the roof). But I couldn't face anything else and I needed to eat (I'm 25 weeks pregnant). Today, I feel really hungry so I tried some chicken soup - but I cant stomach it. Its too rich and creamy.
What on earth can I eat?
