A is 3 weeks old. She been a decent sleeper since the start, usually giving me at least 3-hour stretches . The problem is that bedtime and MOTN wake-ups take a minimum of 90 minutes, often closer to 2 hours. I feel like I'm losing my mind. I think it's gas, so I burp her every 5 minutes or so during feeds. She's usually done eating after 15 minutes. I keep her upright and try to burp her for another 20-30 minutes after she's done, because if I lay her down right away, she projectile vomits all over her crib. So I keep her upright, she falls asleep, and then as soon as I lay get down, she's awake.

Right now is 1:40am. She woke up at midnight. I nursed her for 29 minutes (after changing her diaper), with 3 burp breaks. She fell asleep at the breast, so I laid her down to swaddle her (she didn't wake up), then put her on my shoulder to gently burp her and keep her upright. She woke up coughing after about 15 minutes, so I burped her a little more aggressively. Mind you, it's about 1:15am now. No burps, after like 15 minutes of practically smacking her back, and she's still clearly uncomfortable, so I have her some gripe water. She finally burps, but now, since it's been over an hour, she's hungry again. So its 1:45am and I'm feeding her again. And the whole effing process will start all over.

I'm exhausted. She doesn't do this during the day. Then she eats and passes right out. Is it just her internal clock is confused and she thinks 1:30am is party time? Does she have reflux that's worse at night? I'm totally at a loss and feel like I'm going crazy. What do I do?
