Update: I'm home!
Normal fluid is between 6cm-25cm. Wednesday I was at 3cm, Thursday 1.6cm, and Saturday at 5mm so fluid is running out and kidneys are still enlarged. The perinatologist, pediatric urologist and OB have reviewed everything and consulted with each other. Basically all of my monitoring is amazing and I would totally be cleared to go home except for the kidney/low fluid complication. And it looks like there is nothing to do there at this time except keep her inside. The perinatologist is ok with me being discharged and monitored on an out patient basis. I go in tomorrow and Wednesday for monitoring and am basically instructed to sit on the couch but can get up every so often bc I have no pain, contractions or ruptures...and baby is healthy and strong so they are confident she would move around and not allow her cord to be compressed for long. The goal is to get me to 32-34 weeks but we will just take it one day/week at a time and reevaluate after every test strip is reviewed. They say they have seen women go on to carry for 6 weeks with 0 fluid. I am hopeful that baby will stay for several more weeks so she is strong enough to endure whatever treatment she may need for her kidneys when she gets out.
Thank you to everyone who has reached out and offered their prayers and support and personal experiences. And also a big thank you to @sunny who came to visit with a giant bag of snacks and goodies as well as to @HLK208 for offering to come see me despite having a newborn! And also to the December mamas for being so caring and thoughtful! HB is such a wonderful community

Been thinking about you and your little girl. I'm happy they let you come home. It will be so much easier to relax in your own environment rather than a hospital. Take it easy lady. Enjoy whatever time you get left with lo inside. Will be keeping her in my prayers, and fingers crossed that she stays for a while.
On a side note: HB bee's are amazing!!!!

@sandy: so, so glad for the good news that you were discharged! I hope that baby can stay in there for awhile. I want to be sensitive but have they talked about care after the birth?
I would still love to see you and bring by some meals these next few weeks. We have a few things planned with the December moms so we are still thinking of you and praying/hoping for the best!!
