I have a cold or maybe allergies, but my nose is watering and I am sneezing very often right now. I wanted to keep nursing LO so he can get my antibodies, but my sneezing is scaring him. He just popped off crying :(. I am not a quiet sneezer. I'm not sure what to do, I didn't really want to take too many meds, but kellymom says claritin without the decongestant is safe.

We went thru the same thing a few weeks ago. LO would flat out bawl if I sneezed. I held them in if he was nursing but otherwise sneezed around him and he got over it eventually!

I'm no help but I'm right there with you. I took Claritin last night after reading Kellymom.
I hate wondering if it's a cold or allergies. I'm so miserable and bummed I just had to cancel Fathers Day brunch with the family tomorrow in case it is a cold.
Hope you feel better soon! (I'm in the Bay Area if that helps to know for diagnosing allergies)
