So.....I'm doing it! I really wanted something to motivate me to get into shape. So there is this run called "The Color Run" you wear all white, and then throughout the run, you get splattered with all different colors! It sounds like sooo much fun!
So now....I need to train! I've never been a runner at all So I think I'm starting with the couch to 5k program. I did this before and I think I made it to week 2? At least I have until Aug 11th to train!!
Any tips???
Couch to 5k is a great program. You can even put the app on your phone, which I loved. My only advice is to have fun, and try not to skip a day - one day turns into two, turns into three days, and so on.
I wore them yesterday and I could only last 10 minutes in them because they were rubbing really bad on the back of my heel and I actaully have a small blister
