My natural body type is skinny fat. I'm a size 2, but have very, very little muscle and tone. I'm trying to work on at, but I feel like it's really hard to tone up. I'm really not into working out, but I've started doing it 4-6x/week for the past several months. Are there specific things I should be doing? 30DS and maybe a run have been my go-to workouts with some yoga mixed in. I'm going to start Insanity too.

Maybe impatience is my problem!
