@matador84: there's absolutely no reason why exercising would affect your supply UNLESS you don't properly hydrate.

@SupernovaJ: I think I'm going to start doing some of this. I've definitely been trying to swap carbs for proteins lately.

@Weagle: Body Pump started out really hard but got so much easier. I only did it for 2 months and saw a huge payoff. It was my first experience with free weights and I loved it. I need to go back!

I would forever rather be "skinny fat" than "fat fat."

@highwire: HAHHAAH that's the first thing that came to my mind when I saw this thread. "I'm just fat-fat."

I built a ton of muscle mass (but maintained the same weight) a couple years ago by joining a gym and hiring a personal trainer. The place had $15/month membership and they would do deals on training, depending on what you were willing to pay. I would have one training session a week, and he would show me what stuff I should do the rest of the week. I probably went in 4x a week. I need physical accountability (like a class or session I've already paid for), or I won't do anything!

Granted, this was all before having a baby. So far, in the 5 months since having LO, I've done 3 sets of squats.... chirp chirp....
