What do you like to make with your immersion blender?

Mostly use it to puree potato soup. Also, soups and sauces that I need a smoother consistency. I've also used it on baby food on occasion, as the stick is super easy to quick rinse off.

I just got one a couple months ago. So far I've only used it an Indian sauce in the instant pot...

I made a curried butternut squash soup last week. I don't use it very often but I feel it earns it's spot in the kitchen.

We have a Yeti cup that’s wide enough to fit ours all the way to the bottom and it’s perfect for making milkshakes without dealing with the blender!
I like others also use mine to make blended soups (butternut squash, broccoli, mushroom cream). I’ve also used it for dips like homemade hummus if I don’t want to get out the food processor- it wasn’t as smooth but I didn’t mind.

I use it weekly for pureed soups, or salad dressings.

I use it primarily for vegetable soup. I also use it to make cashew sauce. Sometimes fruit purées also. It is definitely a necessary kitchen accessory for me; it’s one of the things I bought first when I moved away from my parents.
