I clip. I sing to her and that gets her to stay relatively still. I use regular nail clippers because the one that I had that were baby ones were really hard to use.

I clip. Never cut him. But for first few his face was covered in scratches because I was too afraid to clip and cut! I get it done now by having DH or a babysitter distrust him while I clip

I filed for maybe the first 6 months. Well DH often filed her nails, which made for some very cute pictures. The first time I tried to clip them when she was maybe 3 months old I nicked her lil finger so I was scared off of it for awhile.

My husband clips her nails. I'm too afraid to do it and he does a great job.

@blackbird: we use these too!!! They are amazing! I've never accidentally cut DD's skin with them!
I usually cut her nails while she nurses because that's the only time she will relax and not flail her arms about.
