Just curious how many moms and dads have had CPR training. I just signed up for a class. I’ve put it off way too long!

I haven't not taken it and my LO is almost 18 months old. I'd really like to sign up for a class before LO#2 is born in May. My husband is trained, though.

I have not and haven't had CPR training since high school; DH and my step-daughter are CPR certified.
I have the fake-baby and a CPR dvd in my closet that I've been meaning to watch since before DD was born (a year ago!).

I am certified, my husband is not. I took it when LO was about 16 months old, I waited too long. I hope to maintain it every few years...which reminds I don't think I got my card in the mail after the class.

DH and I are certified. We took the class when I was pregnant with DD and it was really helpful. I would definitely recommend it!

We both took it when DW was pregnant. 100% recommend it. We had to sort of use it twice when DS choked on some food (not full on choking thank god) so I was glad to know what to do even though I panicked!

My husband and I both took a free class through my job when I was pregnant. We have the little emergency what to do cards in the nursery and our kitchen just in case as reference.

I am certified, I go every 2 years. Preparedness helps with my anxiety! DH is certified through work, I think they touch on infant/child, but it is geared towards adult life saving due to the nature of his work.

@CatchAFallingStar: I got certified when LO1 was a baby. She turns 5 soon so it has probably expired.

We both took it when pregnant with my first (3.5 years ago).
I took an actual certification course this summer before I got pregnant with LO2. It was good to get a refresher.

I took it when I was pregnant with my first, but that was more than 4 years ago. It was through work, and I was barely pregnant and nobody knew yet, so I was trying to subtly get the instructor to go more in-depth on infant/child without explicitly saying why.

I am actually a certified CPR instructor and teach the classes. It’s definitely something I feel passionate that every adult should know how to do and there is a great way to gain confidence in your emergency preparedness skills.

I took a general course a few years before. I made my husband and babysitter go with me to an infant CPR class when I was pregnant with number two.

I am certified and my husband did the online course but didn’t take the test so he’s not technically certified but knows everything I do.

I did it with my husband at the local hospital at 6m, all the other couples were still pregnant. We also paid to have my mom, MIL and babysitter certified by a guy who teaches in home.
