Has anyone completed Insanity? DH and I started this awhile ago and 2 weeks later found out I was pregnant. So we stopped. Now my baby is 13 mo and I haven't really worked out since then. I used to be in decent shape. My question is whether you would recommend that I do something else to sort of get "in shape" before I start back up on the Insanity program (like do the 30 day shred) or just jump in and do the best I can. Thoughts? I need to do something as I feel disgusting!
