Serious dilemma. I’m getting really out of shape mainly because of logistics. How can I go on long walks/hikes or runs with a 3 year old and a 7 month old? When baby was newborn, I went on long walks with her in a carrier and big sister in the stroller. Now that baby is much bigger, I don’t think that’s feasible. I have a single Bob stroller. I considered getting a double but they’re so expensive and I assumed big sister won’t be wanting to ride in a stroller much longer anyway.

So, my options are to only exercise when big sis is at school (3 hours a day M/W) and possibly on Sundays when Daddy is home. Or, try to go daily with them both in tow.

Also, kind of freaked out about running outside after what has been in the news. So, maybe I should rejoin a gym.

Kind of rambling. Anyway, how do you fit workouts in with two or more littles?
