Do you have to pay another copy if you bring Lo back to have their ears checked after antibiotics for and ear infection?

I'm guessing yes. And $25 isn't much compared to the health of my baby and all, but still... But she has been in the antibiotic for a week now and is having trouble sleeping and super cranky again so I'm wondering if she needs something stronger. Ugh.
