Do you have anything you can wear under the cardigans that isn't lace-ey?

Manager of what? In an office? A retail store?

I like 4 the best, but it needs something over it...do you have a sweater with a deep v neck?

If you dont have the money for a suit or anything, have you looked at the thrift store lately? I have found many, many nice jackets/blazers there for under $10!!

@Coco Bee: What about the ruffle shirt in pic #4 tucked into the black pencil skirt and heels?

@looch: I agree - I'd try the ruffle top under one of the cardigans (maybe the red one) with it belted or buttoned to wear the ruffles start.

You're interviewing for a management position you never applied for? Someone just cold called you offering you a management job? Are you sure it is legit, and safe to go? I've never heard of any situation like that before!

I also think you should try the ruffle shirt and pencil skirt together. Your pants look a little long on the left side. If it were me, I would do the ruffle shirt, pencil skirt, open blazer and heels. That way it kind of mimics a suit, but is slightly more casual.

@yoursilverlining: I had a few calls like that from a prominent life insurance agency. They found my resume on monster while I was looking for my current job. It kind of startled me, and I never called back, but it does happen.

ETA: I just saw the last picture. That outfit looks good too...but it still bothers me that your pants are too long. Though that may just be a personal preferance. I always notice things like that...

I still like the first ruffle shirt the best....that would even be okay under the blazer untucked, I think.

I think the suit looks more professional, but the skirt/skirt combo is very flattering to your figure. I think the material of the skirt and the buttons make it a bit too casual, but I am very conservative when it comes to interview attire.
