I’m interviewing for a techinal position with a company in my small field. The job is up my alley and the commute, while not ideal, would be possible. In my research I discovered a lawsuit filed against the company this year accusing them of systematic racist practices. I read the full complaint online. Obviously this is concerning. I wouldn’t consider taking the job unless the company could give a seriously good explanation of how things are being improved. Even then - idk.

At what point in the process do I ask about it? What do I ask? Who do I ask? All I can formulate in my head now is “I saw that complaint - wow.”
