Do you love yours? My household organization has so much left to be desired but when it comes to the computer and my photos, I feel like everything is right in the world.

I'm jealous! My photo organization is a mess and it drives me crazy! Care to share how your organization yours? I think my problem is that I don't know how I should organize my photos. They're all over the place right now. I have some on my DSLR, iphone, on my laptop desktop. Such a mess!

Oh, I hear you. I was going crazy with sharing, photo albums, emails, webshare, backups for awhile. But I think I finally have it all figured out based on iphoto 11. I tested my hubby on it yesterday when he asked me for a picture. I had given him a briefing about the organization a few days prior and encouraged him to 'test the system'. Voila..he found what he was looking for within a minute or two. Ok, since I'm going off to sleep, I promise I'll share details in the near future. I'm on break from work from Thursday, so I'll check back in soon. I'm trying to decide if I'm going to submit a guest blog post.

@banana: @petitstrawberry: Ok, I just wrote it up last night so I'll edit next. It was so important for me to go from the hoarding/storing stage to the production/sharing stage with my photos. Hope it helps others too.

OMG I totally need to do this. We have some printed, some still on the camera, some on my computer at work, some on my computer at home, and the rest in albums and boxes and drawers. Nightmare! I would love to read a post about this!

@808love: Wow, thanks for getting on top of it! Calling it the "hoarding/storing stage" is so accurate -- I spent a few hours weeding through some of LO's photos, but ended up going to the Recycle Bin and "restoring all items".. sigh. Looking forward to reading your post!
