All of our appliances and stuff work, but I found a leak under our dishwasher last night. I called the landlord today and hopefully they will get back to me soon.

my washing machine won't work on anything other than "normal load" It also won't work if I want to use hot water. We JUST had to buy a new dryer because ours broke. I don't want to buy a new washer

Our garbage disposal! We've fixed it like 2x and even gotten a new one. We have crappy luck I guess. I think DH tries to send way too much down there. I'm getting another one this week and it better last!

The timer on my dryer won't work anymore. We've needed to get a new one for awhile anyway

A part of our roof by our gutter was leaking b/c of all the ice/snow built up the last few months; we're waiting till spring to fix it and just praying no more snow!

We're finding lots of things that don't work in our new place, but fortunately, maintenance has been really good about working on them! In the last two weeks, our dishwasher and fridge/freezer both crapped out on us. BUT, the good news is that now, we have shiny new appliances

Our dishwasher isn't draining currently. Its 10 + years old, so I'm hoping we don't have to replace it.

Our washer broke (a stackable from 2005), and even though the dryer still works fine, we have to replace both since the dryer can't stack with other washers (or so they tell us). But DH bought new ones and they are being installed TODAY!

Were down to one burner on our stove...
were trying to make it work for a while since we just replaced the washer, my car needs to go into the shop and our computer is on its last leg... did I mention we are also having a baby in May... yikes!

We have a shower that's not draining properly. I feel bad telling our landlady because we really like her and it seems like not such a small fix (i.e. I couldn't fix it myself).

Our doorbell - as it turns out, UPS wasn't just dropping a "pick up later" receipt while I was in the house for the heck of it!

Our garbage disposal has a crack in it, the radon removal system is broken and the dryer is half broken - it takes 2 cycles to get things dry.

Our sprinkler system is leaking. We turned off the water supply going to it for now.

Our dishwasher. Ugh. It still runs a full cycle but doesn't clean anything. The dishes are still gross after going through. It's not high on our priority list since it's just the two of us....so, we're hand-washing at the moment.
