I read an article online that cited a study that said three kids is the most stressful number to have. The moms of three kids said they feel a lot of pressure to be the perfect parent even though having three kids makes it much harder to give individual attention to each child. Ironically, the mothers of four kids reported feeling less stressed. They said after having their fourth, they gave up on trying to be perfect and gave in to the chaos that is their lives. They also said the kids were more likely to pair up instead of having one left out, which made things easier on them.

I'm wondering if anyone has personal experience with this. Do you have three or four kids, or did you grow up in a family that did? If so, do you agree with the study?
