Hubby and I aren't ttc yet but had unprotected sex July 20th. It's now 9 days later and so sign of AF yet. This is my first month off BC so I don't know when I'm ovulating yet. Am supposed to have my period tomorrow.
As far as symptoms, I've had sore nipples, lower back pains and taste metal in the water sometime.
Too soon to test?

I think the consensus among Hello Bee'ers is that it is never too soon to test! Test away, my friend, and be sure to update us!

It's hard not knowing when you O'd, but if your period is due tomorrow I don't see why you couldn't test now.
Bear in mind, though, that it seems very normal for your cycles to be wonky for a while when coming off of BC. Mine wasn't, but it seems a lot of women's are.

Nope. I agree w PPs i could be early, but I got my BFP on day 9. But I also had crazy sore boobs my first month off BCPs... Can't wait to hear tmw!

@Futuremrsmck: I hope it's too soon! I should be getting AF today/tomorrow. I've been VERY emotional.. crying for no reason! My hormones are completely out of whack..

@LiliBillie: my first month of BC I didn't get AF till I think CD 45. Totally threw me for a loop and I tested and got a BFN. I had all the same symptons to. I guess its just the body adjusting.

Still test, but know that going off BCP does crazy things to your body and there's a good chance you're feeling those effects. I didn't even get a period after going off of it for 6 months. By your missed period, or a day before, you'd most likely get an accurate preg test- not always, but usually.
