So when LO was born, we lived in a 1 bdrm apt and her crib was in the living room (but she slept in a PnP in our room). Fast forward to today, we are living in a house, LO finally has her own room, and we're playing catch up with outfitting her nursery. She's almost 1, we still nurse 2x day (but in the living room). Do you think it's necessary to have some sort of seating in the nursery? The space isn't the biggest so it'd have to be a small chair. I love the look of an armchair, but I haven't found one that is small enough that is also cost effective. Does anyone have any other ideas? Or should I just forget the seating and obsess about something else. We're just so used to doing everything in the living room (like nursing, reading, etc due to habit) but now I'm thinking it might be nice to do it in her room? At least the reading before bedtime part? Right now all she does in her room is sleep and get changed. We have a separate playroom downstairs next to the living room with all her fun stuff.
