@NaturallyCathy: I do that too! I type out a comment and then never submit it. It's sort of still therapeutic though in that I *feel* by typing it that I still made my comment to whomever it was intended for, but basically I'm just having a conversation with myself...

I really do! I am not as active in posting as I would like to be (it's hard for me to post at work) but I read a lot and would love to know all of you better Love the idea of a bio page!

I would love to know everyone better! Especially since I see most of you every day.

@looch: I get what you mean and I don't think it's strange. I think there definitely people on here I mesh better with than others and that's ok.

@MamaMoose: Thank you! I somehow doubt that no one responds because my response is so all-encompassing, but I do feel you on the fact that lots of us probably have ideas about how other people see us that are lots less generous than they need to be. I like you lots, too!

@Mrs. Jacks: I just saw your kind words. You know you are my hero.
I think it's really fascinating how many people feel the same way-- it really impresses me that everyone cares so much about one another's feelings and well being.

I write and don't submit comments all the time! I joke around a lot in real life, and that can be dangerous online...

I comment a good bit, but I write and don't submit a lot! Or I'll write something and reread what I said 10 times to make sure I'm coming off the right way. (Weirdo over here). I'm always afraid of offending! I joke around a LOT in person, but I'm cautious online because I'm afraid it'll be taken the wrong way. So yes, I wish I knew everyone better! There are some bees I feel that I "know" well enough that I can joke/express opinions and not worry about coming off wrong.

@MsLipGloss: I like your logical comments. They are sometimes the opposite of my view, but it adds pep to teh discussion and I love that!
I wish I knew lots of people around here better. I probably should just do a better job of commenting more often. If anyone wants to comment on anything I say, my skin is as thick as can be so don't be scurrred.

@plantains: @sunny: Thank you. Sometimes I worry that my responses may actually be mistaken for my personal beliefs rather than just an observation and/or analysis. It is also my way of thinking my way through an analysis *out loud* if you will . . . and in so doing, I take all of you along for the ride with me!

I always type a comment, then think for a moment, and then delete it.

@MsLipGloss: Do you watch How I Met Your Mother? Sometimes when you make a super logical I want to reply and just say "lawyered".

@Mrs. Twine: too sweet. I guess it's a mutual admiration society!

@MamaMoose: hahahha... whenever @MsLipGloss comments I'm going to think that now..

@Mrs. Twine: I totally agree about your responses. I always really appreciate what you write and it usually makes a lot of sense while being extremely compassionate!
@MsLipGloss: I actually love your logical responses- even to emotional threads!

And YES there are quite a few people that I'd like to know better....especially people who I already feel like I kind of "know" and just totally believe that we're already kindred spirits lol.

@Mrs. Jacks: That makes me think of the Taco Bell commercials (stay with me here . . ) to Live Life Mas, which for our purposes would be MAS (mutual admiration society)!
@MrsTiz: Awww . . . /happy dance
@MamaMoose: No, but now I will! I did just google a youtube clip. Hahahaha!

Sure, there are some people I think I'd probably be friends with IRL, and I wish I could get to know them better.
I hope that I don't seriously offend people, but I also don't really moderate my comments just in case I do. I tend to just not comment at all on threads that I really don't feel I have anything to contribute to.

I wish we all lived in our private little gated HelloBee community and we could have dinner parties and play dates and babysit for each other and guard each other from the evils of in-laws and lazy SO's.

I refrain from posting a lot [on sensitive threads] because I feel like I'm super awkward. in person and online! so I don't want to come off the wrong way..then I end up overcompensating with letters, smileys, punctuation etc. sigh.

@Dandelion: that would be awesome!
I really wish I could know all of you. I don't really have friends IRL and consider you all friends. That sounds super lame....
GOLD / pineapple / 12662 posts
@mrskc: I have, like, 2 friends irl, and one of them is a long-distance bestie. Not lame at all!
GOLD / wonderful coconut / 33402 posts
@mrskc: That isn't lame at all. I talk to DH about everyone on here like you all are my IRL friends.
coconut / 8681 posts
@mrskc: I don't really have IRL friends either. Not lame at all. I think it's really hard to make friends during this stage of life...
pomelo / 5820 posts
@mrskc: Not lame! I have very few mommy friends. Actually, I don't have any near me at all.

@MsLipGloss: @Smurfette: @Running Elley: @Pepper: Awww thanks. I'm glad it's not just me.
hostess / watermelon / 14932 posts
@mrskc: @Smurfette: @Running Elley: @Pepper: not really many mommy friends here, either. some friends who are mommies, but we aren't super duper close
